Workshop cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance to receive a refund since we purchase supplies a week before each workshop. If you need to request a refund, please contact us at (210) 382-1673 or [email protected].

Refunds

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Participants Behavior

We strive to create a positive learning environment. Participants who create a negative learning environment may be asked to leave. Participants will be refunded for the balance of the value of the remaining sessions.

Clothing

Participants will not be reimbursed for any clothing that becomes soiled with art supplies. We provide “paint shirts” for all participants to wear over their clothing to help protect them from paint, glue, and other art supplies. It’s important to understand that art can be messy and that clothing may get stained. Please keep this in mind when participating.
